The Tram was put in services in 1992 on normal gauge monitor with contemporary autos, connecting Sirkeci with Topkapi. The line was prolonged on one end from Topkapi to Zeytinburnu in March 1994 and, on the other end from Sirkeci to Eminönü in April 1996. Off the Crushed Path.
